Helping children bounce away from a dark past, into a bright and sunny future

After many years spent raising funds and awareness for various children's charities (including The Children's Society, RASASC and Barnardo's), in 2013, Kezi Silverstone made the decision to set up her own Trust. As a survivor of abuse herself, Kezi fights tirelessly to create awareness to help prevent the abuse and neglect of children and help guide them through adversity.

Despite how hard it is to speak of her experiences, Kezi continues to do. Her personal journey gives her the perfect tools to bring awareness to the long term effects of child abuse and to show young people who have been, or still are victims, that they can thrive, can succeed, can have their dream.

Her mission is to turn victims into survivors. Children should be cherished, loved and nurtured. Surely this is everyone's dream for them? But the harsh reality is that for some children this will never be…

We have to make it stop!

Help protect and rehabilitate children who are victims/survivors of sexual abuse,

sexual exploitation, physical abuse, neglect, domestic violence and mental cruelty.

Provide support for children who are victims of poverty.

Protect and lend support to children who live with parents who have alcohol / drug addictions or mental health issues.

Provide support for child carers (children who take care of parents or siblings who have illnesses, disabilities or mental health issues).

Lend support to children who are victims of bullying/cyber bullying.

The Kezi Silverstone Trust policy is direct funding. The decision about what to fund is made with great care and consideration by Kezi and her Trustees and is derived from a list of several projects brought to their attention or that they personally seek and find.

Every penny spent is justified and goes directly to the core.

Our Future Plans

The Kezi Silverstone Trust goes from strength to strength, with ongoing plans to finance one on one counselling and the launch of The Kezi Silverstone Trust Academy in 2015.

The Academy will provide music, dance and theatre workshops for vulnerable children. Not only do the arts provide an outlet for emotional escapism, they are also a proven method of developing confidence, self-esteem and well-being. The Academy will also have dedicated counselling for children who need additional support and in the
long-term, the Academy will extend to sports.
